When a mysterious woman from the city arrives, stories begin to flow—tales of folklore, the supernatural, and lived experience. As the night deepens, she reveals a story of her own. Loneliness, loss, and hope emerge through the act of storytelling. Considered one of the most significant plays of the late 20th century, The Weir is reexamined by Gekidan Galba as a meditation on the power of stories in a divided age. ________________________________________ Performance Schedule February 5 (Thu) – February 15 (Sun), 2026 Ticket Price Notice (General Admission / Advance) Early Period Performances (¥6,000): Feb 5–8 Regular Performances (¥6,300): Feb 10–15 • Feb 5 (Thu) 7:00 pm • Feb 6 (Fri) 7:00 pm • Feb 7 (Sat) 1:00 pm / 6:00 pm • Feb 8 (Sun) 2:00 pm • Feb 9 (Mon) No performance • Feb 10 (Tue) 7:00 pm ★ • Feb 11 (Wed/Holiday) 1:00 pm ★ / 6:00 pm • Feb 12 (Thu) 2:00 pm ★ • Feb 13 (Fri) 2:00 pm ★ • Feb 14 (Sat) 1:00 pm / 6:00 pm • Feb 15 (Sun) 2:00 pm ★ Post-performance talk Doors open 30 minutes before the performance. ________________________________________ Venue The Suzunari Theatre 1-45-15 Kitazawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo 4–5 minutes’ walk from Shimokitazawa Station https://www.honda-geki.com/suzunari ________________________________________ Tickets • General (Advance): ¥6,000 / ¥6,300 • U25: ¥3,500 (ages 25 and under, ID required) • Student: ¥2,000 (student ID required) ________________________________________ Accessibility Support English subtitle tablets are available free of charge.
